PLUS SIZE Winter Fashion Haul | City Chic, Target, ASOS, Miss Shop

If you could describe your wardrobe right now, how would you do it? Mine would be quite bland and missing a lot of staple pieces. Hence why I thought it was time to do a little shopping for the coming Winter months and really hone in on the style I wanted to create with my wardrobe.  For the most part, I don't really like to spend a lot of time putting an outfit together, which is why the pieces I've chosen in this haul are really items that are interchangeable and easy to make yourself look put together.

Welcome to the fashion haul where I finally buy the things I actually need, including trench coats and enough skivvies I could basically form a children's singing group to rival The Wiggles.

As a woman with more to love, sometimes the struggle for finding plus size clothing that doesn't look tacky or terribly designed can be frustrating! It's usually quite a hit and miss, especially with locally designed clothing, which is why I usually opt to purchase my clothes from ASOS as they have a fabulous Curve line. However, I just recently had a bad experience with them where I ordered more than $300 + worth of clothes and had to send the entire parcel back! You win some, you lose some.

Powering on, I went out into some more local stores and not only was my experience pleasant, but also really successful! I'm so happy with all my purchases and I definitely think I have been able to achieve my 'put -together' look,

My wardrobe staple for winter definitely has to be a turtle neck x

  6. I totally get what you mean about Asos. I'm forever sending things back to them - their sizes never seem consistent and the material never looks the same as it did on the website. This is a fab haul though (I actually really want to go shopping myself now!) - love the trench coat! x

  12. LOVING that trench! Trenches are such a classic look that can be worn forever...excellent choice! I'm sorry to hear you had to return an entire order worth of clothes. Online shopping can be so challenging and I've found ASOS's sizing is never quite as expected. Argh!
