Oh hot damn, I've done it. I've unlocked the key to making the most utterly, mouth-watering, delicious pancakes known to man which are not only nutritious but also vegan! Packed full of slow-releasing Low GI Oats, banana for potassium and a dash of cinnamon to keep those blood sugars in check, I expect you will be rushing to the kitchen to make these babies ASAP!

The Best Vegan Pancakes
These are not your grandmother's pancakes! Packed full of slow-releasing Low GI Oats, banana for potassium and a dash of cinnamon to keep those blood sugars in check.
Ingredients

Instructions:

1. Whiz up all the ingredients in a high speed blender
2. Heat a non-stick pan on a medium-low heat and lightly coat with coconut oil
3. Pour the mixture in batches over a medium-low heat and cook for two minutes or until the outside of the pancake begins to form little bubbles. Turn and cook for another two minutes or until cooked through
4. Transfer to plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining mixture, spraying the pan in between batches
