BACK TO THE FUTURE: MY FAVOURITE BLOG POSTS

GREAT SCOTT!

In celebration of the official 'Back To The Future' Day today, I'm going to get in my Delorean, turn on the flux capacitor and set the date, to travel back in time and revisit some of my favourite blog posts that I have created and written this year.

I am aware that in the sidebar of this blog that there are some 'Top Post' suggestions, (which are awesome by the way) but I thought I would hand pick some of my favourite blog posts that I have written and that I'm truly proud of. I suppose it's kind of like showing off the favourite bits about your child...

First up, is this Healthy Banana Bread Recipe, it's free from gluten, refined sugars and is paleo approved too. It's so 'free', I feel like I'm giving it away! I am super proud of this blog post in regards to photos and the actual recipe which I made from scratch all by myself. That's probably why I am so proud of it! I am really wanting to start eating much healthier and cleaner, so I'll be happy to have this recipe on hand for when I get that banana bread craving.

Something that will appeal to all beauty newbies, I have devised a a beginners guide to wearing makeup. Going through details and answering questions about foundations, concealers and whether you really need to contour! I often have friends and family who ask me what the best products for them are when starting out with makeup and beauty so I hope this helps you out too!

If you are a new reader of this blog, you might not be familiar with my 'Let's Be Frank' series. Basically, it's a time where I cut the BS and get down to the nitty gritty of a particular topic. This Feminism 101 blog post is one of my favourites as it's a subject that I hold very close to my heart. It talks about the fundamentals of feminism and equality and I would absolutely love if you could go over and give it a read!

I actually started writing this post as an entry into a blog award, but it ended up being something so much more than that and I think it really helped a lot of people. I know that I can be a bit willy-nilly with my money personally, especially when it comes to eating out with friends or buying that new beauty release... (hey, I'm not perfect) but these tips have definitely saved my bleeding pocket and gotten my butt into gear to start saving my money properly. I hope these tips help you as much as they have helped me!

Hands up if you are also a big Back To The Future fan? Yay, me too! I would have to say that the original is still my firm favourite, but I'll admit, the prospect of entering 2015 with hover-boards and self drying jackets kind of appeals to me!

P.S. I'm pretty impressed with myself as to how I could incorporate Back To The Future Day with my blog...Snaps for me!

Okay, okay...I'm going to make like a tree and get out of here! Check back for more blog stuff on Friday!
