5 Things: The Small Things

You will always remember the BIG moments in your life.

Weddings, the birth of your first child, the day you move out of your family home, etc. but we often forget it's actually the small things that count, the seemingly insignificant moments of every day life that lead us up to these big moments and define who we are.

I decided I wanted to give this a try and have come up with a list of five 'small things' I am grateful for this week.

I am grateful for...

1. My new obsession, Game of Thrones.

2. Making a mess in the kitchen while cooking with my friends.

3. Having a lazy day with Sam and Jess watching Harry Potter and eating leftover food.

4. Sleep ins.

5. How well I have managed to stick to my 30 Days of June posting schedule so far.

What are some things you are grateful for this week?

  1. I love Game of Thrones! Huge fan of the books but I actually just started watching it after Season 2 (just a few weeks before season 3 started). Because everyone keeps saying it' awesome so I bought Season 1& 2 DVDs and oh my gosh, it is great! I think I barely left my room for 3-4 days LOL

  2. I really need to get back watching GOT, watched the first season and somehow I quit watching it. Maybe it's all the tits swinging in my face that made me stopped? LOL! Good on you for sticking to your 30 Days of June posting, I can never do it and I can only imagine how difficult it is!

  3. I am so behind in your 30 days of June! Also, I need to get on the Game of Thrones bandwagon! Everyone at work raves about the show and I have yet to catch up from where I stopped in season 1.
