#GETTHELOOK: Lily Collins | #FOTD

I have some serious brow envy when it comes to British/ American actress, Lily Collins. Like, it's pretty major- I would marry them. In fact, I would probably marry all of her because she is an absolute babe! #WCW  I went to the cinema to see her in 'Love, Rosie' and she is amaze and has inspired me to grow out my brows.
HOORAY to no tweezing!

So, without further ado I give you my first ever #GetTheLook

This look is pretty minimal and easy to wear day to day- not to mention the lips give it a awesome Christmas/ Autumnal vibe!

Relvon Colourstay Foundation in Ivory
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in Fair 1
Sleek Makeup Brow Kit in Dark
Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate Moss in 10
MAC Cremesheen in Hang Up
Coastal Scents 10 Blush Palette
Maybelline The Rocket Mascara
Bobbi Brown Gel Liner in Black Ink

Individual Lashes
DUO Adhesive Glue

I have a pretty pale complexion already but I think it's more of a sickly pale than 'English Rose' so I went in with a medium coverage foundation to achieve this porcelain base. Depending on how your own skin is, you could definitely swap it out for something with a little less coverage and more breathable like a BB cream or tinted moisturizer.

There's no contour here folks, it's all about the blush! I used a natural flush of colour for me- think of the colour your own cheeks go when you blush naturally; concentrate on sweeping this up the cheeks too.

For lips I started lining them with 'Hang-Up' which I then filled in the outer thirds of my lips with. I then used the Rimmel Lipstick for the middle third, highlighting my cupids bow too.

I went quite heavy with the brows here and the key to this is to build slowly. It's easier to apply more than to take it off. Make sure you're following the natural shape of your brow and use small, quick strokes to have the most 'like hair' effect.

As for eyeliner, I used a gel and concentrated on keeping this in the roots of my eyelashes to build volume rather than using it on the eyelids. To finish off this look I also added a few individual eyelashes as I think it really ties this look together- but it's completely optional if you're not a fan.

What are your thoughts on this makeup look?
